• Mr. Gaurang Patel  is Director of INFINITE CIVIL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. He is Graduate Civil Engineer from DDIT, Nadiad having more than 17 years experience in providing consultancy services for highway projects including surveying, roadway & bridge design, quality control, quantity surveying, contract management, etc.

He also manages many other key functions in the organization including Business Development, Human Resource and administration as well. He is overall responsible for assignments including financial planning, resource mobilization and revenue management, public sector finance, financial management, feasibility studies, budgetary management, fund disbursement and business operations.

He is responsible for maintaining financial discipline in the company. His role includes formulating System for monitoring and controlling the projects, proper MIS, Corporate Planning, Tax planning & ROC. He is also responsible for formulating various systems and control for various key aspects of the project, projected cash inflow and outflow vis-à-vis budgeting for optimum utilization/ provision of funds in time for timely completion of project.

• Mr. Hitesh Desai is technical advisor cum Geotechnical Expert of INFINITE CIVIL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. He is Post Graduate in Soil Mechanics having more than 35 years experience in geotechnical investigation, material testing, third party supervision, quality control activities with handling of stationed laboratories and field laboratories etc. for bridges, roads industrial parks and water resources projects. He is well conversant with physical testing of construction materials, bituminous concrete, cement concrete, mix design of concrete as per IS Codes. He has been responsible for identification of sources of materials (soil, sand, cement, aggregates, bitumen, steel, concrete, etc), their testing, and analysis and interpretation of test results, and recording of data on prescribed performs as per MORT&H guidelines, formulation of bituminous and concrete mix designs, calibration of laboratory testing equipment, maintaining records  of   test results, etc.

Major thrust areas cover Planning, Designing, Tender documentation, Implementation, Monitoring, Coordination and Construction Supervision, Project Management and Contract Management. Responsibilities included inspecting, checking and approving Contractor’s day-to-day work as per approved work program based on contractor’s establishment, resources, preparation & approval of method statements, testing of materials/finished sections as per Project’s approved Quality Assurance Plan and Quality Control Systems based on Contract Specifications, MORT&H, IRC & BS standards; Checking and approving working drawings, shop drawings and As-Built-Drawings, checking and verifying details of the quantities, variation orders; measuring Contractor’s monthly work and certifying interim payments, preparation of monthly progress reports on approved format; holding monthly & weekly progress review meetings with Employer and Contractor, finalizing the Contractor’s extra item claims and disputed items. • Ms. Panna Patel is General Manager (Technical) of INFINITE CIVIL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. She is Post Graduate in Transportation from Gujarat University having more than more than 12 years’ experience in providing consultancy services for highway projects including quality control, geotechnical investigation, quantity surveying, traffic engineering, pavement evaluation and design, etc.

As a General Manager (Technical), she is responsible for completion of various infrastructure projects mainly highways and irrigation, coordinating with the client and getting the design and drawings approval from various approving Authority, traffic studies and revenue projection for various projects involving national and state highways, Carryout Geotechnical Investigation & Material, geometric design of highways, surveying, material testing and geotechnical investigation, traffic studies and quantity surveying & estimation. Involve in designing of National & State Highways engineering studies like Pavement Condition & Pavement Investigation, Road safety, Road Inventory & Traffic Surveys (Axle Load Survey, Traffic Volume counts, O-D surveys), pavement design, alignment design and design of other roadside amenities. In addition possess a sound knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D &MX Road for generation of contours, preparation of L-section, C-sections, horizontal & vertical alignments and earthwork quantities.

• Over 10 years experience in geotechnical investigation, foundation engineering & material testing. I have also been involved in quality control for roads work, a design of concrete and bituminous mixes and subsoil investigation for bridges and cross drainage works.

Involved in traffic studies and analysis for highway projects since last 10 years. She has completed numerous projects relating to traffic studies and revenue projection for various projects involving national and state highways. The traffic surveys include classified volume count, Origin-Destination Survey, Turning movement survey, axle load surveys and any other surveys required for estimation of current and future traffic. Responsible for identification of traffic survey locations, type of surveys needed, current and future traffic estimation, toll revenue projections, alternate route and traffic diversion study.

Pranav Patel is a Dy. GM (Highways). He holds responsibilities of business development cum pre-tender engineering

A Civil Engineer from Ahmedabad and a Diploma in computer, prior to joining INFINITE, Mr. Pranav worked in the field of industrial construction projects near Ahmedabad and Irrigation canal development in Haryana and took responsibilities of survey, design and construction of irrigation lined canals.

Mr. Pranav Patel has started his tenure in INFINITE in early 2003 as a quantity surveyor and now is head of pre-tender engineering/business development department. He has successfully completed pre-tender engineering/ feasibility study of highway infrastructure projects like roads, railways, elevated structures, innovative structures like a cable-stayed bridge, Irrigation projects like canals, pressurize irrigation through pipeline, dams, tunnel projects like irrigation tunnel and highway tunnel, and water supply projects.

His uniqueness is in his versatility of having worked across domains like Manpower management, Site Survey, Design & Engineering, Business Development, Tendering and hardcore construction.

Mr. Maulik Shah is a Deputy General Manager (Highways) of Infinite Civil Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (ICS).

Highway Design Engineer by profession, Mr. Maulik Shah holds a Master in Engineering from L.D. College of Engineering, Gujarat University & Graduate in Civil Engineering from Birla Engineering College, VV Nagar, Gujarat. He had worked with various reputed international & country based design consultancy. Has over 15 years of versatile experiences in preparation of Feasibility & Detailed Project reports, Design of execution projects, large-scale Project Management & Project coordination for infrastructures projects across the nation.

Possess professional experience in the field of Traffic & Transportation, Comprehensive Design for Highways and Urban Roads, Public transport projects, Pavement Design, Quantity estimations, Road Safety Audit, Proof checking of design, Project Reports and Project co-ordination. Besides working on various nationally/internationally funded projects, has to his credit JANMARG-Ahmedabad BRTS, the International and National award-winning project in the capacity of Principal Design Engineer of a project team.

Having sound knowledge of Design software, in-depth understanding of road geometrics & well aware of IRC/MoRT&H standards he leads the team of expert professional in an organization to deliver multifaceted Highway Projects. Fruitfully he had completed various projects of NHAI/MoRT&H, having a position of Design Director.

Maintaining immersion in an industry; he spends time at academic/professional institutions as Expert Faculty, Jury Panelist & Member on the advisory committee. Prolonged services as the industry expert, he steered numerous students for academic projects & thesis.
